Title: Unit BP Sr Analyst

Report to: Unit BP Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities/职位描述
Acts as the face of expert within the market, being the key contact for the management team and divisional managers demonstrating full understanding of the problems and opportunities for business change.
Responsible for the communication and marketing of IT Severvice initiatives and services to the business leaders.
Support market Unit BP Senior Manager to develop, maintain and drive the IT plans in the assigned China market and agreeing relevant IT governance structures, tightly linked with the latest IT strategic framework.
Works closely with the relevant business stakeholders to identify requirements for new/existing solutions. Deal with escalation in timely with propriety manner.
Ensures visibility and program management of all market IT initiatives.
In partnership with the deployment team successfully delivers Business Solutions & Services, according to the IT Strategic Framework agreed in IT Steering Groups
Consolidates the ongoing measurement of customer satisfaction (IT Service survey…), work closely with Core Services team to drives improvements for common themes of the site action plans.
Ensuring visibility of the overall IT costs for the market/unit. Overall objective to reduce total cost of local applications. Follow S&F Best Practices in terms of Planning and Execution for local solutions.
Responsible for the support of local applications for MWC China. Ensure no significant disruption to service and that all relevant and agreed SLAs are adhered to.
Manage 3rd party service provider performance and drive continuous performance improvement. Ensure clear and agreed SLAs and Service scope is in place for Local Solutions and understood by all stakeholders, which form the basis of regular reviews with Business and IT Service stakeholders
Qualifications/任职条件
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (IT degree preferred).
Above 3 years working experience in Application Project.
Some project and program management and/or IT service experience.
Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship including business leaders, IT personnel and project leaders.
Sound understanding of a company’s business and technology strategies and established business process areas and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes.
Able to evaluate technology and process alternatives.
