Manufacturing Manager
Report to Senior Operation Manager
Lead 200 staffs
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Workout department plan, execute with TEOA tools for safe, high quality, on time delivered and low cost production.
· Work with cross function team in product launches and cost reductions
· Lead continuous improvement activities
· Establish and sustain an environment of manufacturing excellence
· Establish strong pipeline of manufacturing talents
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above of science or engineering
· At least 3 years in manufacturing management role. Encapsulation or electronic assembling experience is preferred.
· Familiar with lean manufacturing, quality and six-sigma tools
· Focus on execution and ability to drive results
· Strong problem solving capability and willingness to lead through adversity
· Fluent English, mandarin
