About the assignment
Technical supervision to secure the operation of routine testing, and lead the team to issue the report in an accurate and professional way.
Responsible for new test method development and validation.
Provide technical training to related lab staffs and advice to customers on testing requirements.
Support with other technical issues.
About the requirement
Bachler degree above with chemical relating major.
Above 5 years of testing experience, above 3 years of experience in lab management.
Good knowledge in ISO 17025.
Proficient with chemical lab instrument such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, IC, XRF, UV/VIS etc.
Understand related Quality system and make sure the daily work is compliance with the quality system.
Passion for business and share with company value.
Ability to organize, structure and prioritise numerous tasks as necessary.
Good communication skills in English reading, writing & speaking.
Self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions.
