Partnership & Business Development Manager(航空航天)
As the Partnership & Business Development Manager, you should have an in-depth understanding of China consumer banking, payment market structure and loyalty landscape. You will plan and implement the strategy to drive the company’s program level expansion and development in China.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
· Develop the company’s non-air partnership; solicit and manage partners (Consumer Banking, Travel & Leisure) to meet revenue targets
· Work internally with stakeholders to manage implementation of new partners on operational and financial levels
· Collaborate closely with partners and vendors on promotional campaigns to increase mileage accrual, member engagement and membership recruitment.
· Monitor the performance of non-air partnerships with analysis, reporting and research.
· Solicit new redemption over the company’s partners in China, develop non-air redemption proposition.
· Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners by engaging and delivering quality service and support
The successful candidate should have
· A Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline
· Around 6-8 years of relevant experience ideally with credit card or mobile payments and loyalty programmes
· Proven track record in delivering sales target, preferably in consumer banking industry (credit card and payments)
· Strong network and connection among the associate, credit card and payments industry
· Ability to work independently as well as manage a team
· Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Good numerical and analytical skills
· Willingness to travel for business development from time to time
· Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
· Computer literacy with knowledge in Internet and e-commerce
· Creative, dynamic and innovative personality
