Position Summary: 
This position is responsible for implementing and supporting human resource information management system (Workday) in AP, in charge of providing advisory services and guidance regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs. One of the main responsibilities includes giving technical guidance and direction to end users including HR Partners, business managers & employees on the operation and maintenance of workday.

KEY SERVICES:
Position Function
?Fully in charge of recruitment, including people searching, selection and hiring.
?Control department headcount and deliver headcount report out
?Manage labor agent, ensure the well management of contract people in labor agent
?Manage employee status change process, and ensure company’s headcount proper movement
?Ensure the legal people hiring and prevent any labor disputes
?Establish a good relationship with labor bureau
?Lead recruitment function’s work including conducting performance appraisal for all team members
?Handle the management of organization structure
?JD update
?Abide by the regulations about EHS policy
?As Human Resource member, help to facilitate the implementation of EHS
?Prevent from any waste of paper, power and all resources

QUALIFICATION:
?Bachelor Degree or above
?Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded and team player; Excel in Microsoft office; Sound interpersonal skill; Good presentation skill
?Bound of experienced in working in multinational manufacturing company with recruiting salaried & hourly staffs; experience in managing labor contract. Experience in labor dispute is preferred
?Familiar with Wuhan labor law


21.MPS(上海总部)

 
POSITION SUMMARY:
           Support Department manager to manage daily operation of planning, demand and capacity control, S&OP, customer service, cost and logistics control etc

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
?have same responsibility of RM and FG planner
?Daily operation coordinate with all planners and SGM/MFG and trying to fix problem in the team, any critical issue or potential issue report to Depart leader to discuss and make decision together
?define the rules of planning base on lean standard and KPI requirement
?Weekly report output and others if need to Depart leader
?Flash meeting handling with team
?Weekly review new projects and discuss with team for material and FG delivery plan
?Take the leader for weekly MPS meeting to check and carry on all actions need and key issues follow up
?Procedure review with team members and Department manager to make sure all procedures implemented in line with TS and company rule
?support Department manager to control the cost/ people performance review/ department KPI review and actions follow up
?con calls with suppliers if any issues or regular review if need on behalf department manager
?responsibility for all KPI s for planning area, like slow moving material/planning and actual ratio etc which had set up in PBP targets and monthly basis on demand
?cost control (logistics cost etc) in daily operation
?all other responsibility assigned by the department manager

MAIN FINANCIAL AND MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Turnover, P&L, Productivity of industrial & manufacturing equipment, manpower under his/her responsibility)

EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training)

Dipolma and at least 5 years planning experience

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Major Job Responsibilities
?Maintain the Chart of Accounts in accordance with Delphi policies.
?Prepare monthly closings Schedule and submit trail balances, working with reconcile account balances on a monthly basis for non-AR/AP/FA/Inbentory account.
?Take the leader to collect all the account reconciliation role monthly.
?Review and submit PRC&US GAAP Tax Report (FAS109).
?Prepare monthly expense and B.S. sheet account analysis report.
?Continuously improve accounting system, including defining position descriptions, responsibilities and job rotations.
?Conduct internal special financial analysis.
?Liaise with local authorities to ensure legal compliance.
?Assist to prepare the High Tech & Advanced Enterprise Qualification yearly renew report.
?Apply for the Finance subsidy from local government.
?Also in charge of costing function and material cost analyses.
Major Job Qualifications Experience/Education (Required/Preferred)
EducationBachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
Experience5-7 years financial working experience in a manufacturing multi-national company or mergers and acquisition practice of Big 4s; Over 2 year financial analysis experience or business development is required; Experience of dealing with mergers and acquisition is preferred
LanguageGood communication skill in English.
