工作职责：• Provide broad strategic and technical leadership across multiple immuno-oncology programs and initiatives • Serve as project team lead on large molecule drug discovery programs in the areas of immune-oncology and oncology, managing timelines, milestones, budgets and objectives • Manage a team of up to ten bench scientists focusing on in vitro immune cell functional assays • Extend and diversify internal immunology capabilities through interaction with external collaborators and CROs
任职资格：• Ph.D. in Immunology or related discipline • 3+ years of postdoctoral training with a working knowledge of tumor immunology • 2+ years of biotech/biopharmaceutical experience in immunology/oncology • Extensive experience with immune cell model systems and standard immunology techniques • Extensive experience in in vitro assay development and drug-candidate validation • Recognized as a leader in the field with a strong publication record in the areas of inflammation, autoimmunity, and/or immuno-oncology. • Proven interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiasm for participating in a fast-paced environment of rigorous science and innovative thinking • Business experience preferred, including expertise in qualifying CRO and managing outsourced projects, and setting up collaborations with pharmas, biotech companies, and academic organizations
