任职资格：Basic Requirements of the Job 基本任职资格: Education & Qualifications 教育背景和专业资格: 1.PhD or educational equivalent in Real World Data & Analytics or related field relevant 现实世界数据和分析或相关领域的博士或教育学位相关 2.Familiar with at least one statistical software (R, Stata, SAS, SPSS), familiar with the commonly used classification, clustering, time series, regression analysis (model) is preferred; 熟悉至少一项统计软件（R、Stata、SAS、SPSS），熟悉常用分类、聚类、时间序列、回归分析(预测模型)优先考虑； 3.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin 熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达 4.Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力
