This includes analyzing risks, designing security, writing SOP's, verifying security, writing backup and recovery procedures, defining archiving procedures, and performing periodic reviews of computerized systems. It also includes physical and logical security requirements like access, storage, and audit trails. 确保所有相关的计算机系统经过验证，符合法规要求。这包括对计算机系统进行风险分析、安保设计、制定标准操作流程、验证安保、订立备份和恢复流程、规定归档流程、以及执行定期检查。其中应兼有物理和逻辑安保需求，如权限、存储以及审计跟踪。 Ensuring all relevant project documentations are validated in compliance with regulatory requirements & global IT PMM standards. 确保所有相关的项目文档经过验证，符合法规要求以及全球信息技术项目管理方法论标准。 Responsible for compliance with global/divisional quality standards. 负责全球/区域质量标准的合规检查。 To promote best practice processes in the RDSL. 在罗氏诊断产品（上海）有限公司信息技术部推广最佳实践流程。 In charge for the documentation of RDSL (Documentum based). Management of workflows for the project documentation, ensuring all the documents are in compliance with the guidelines and have all the approvals needed. 负责罗氏诊断产品（上海）有限公司信息技术部文档系统的管理。负责管理项目文档的工作流，确保所有文档按照相应指导完成审批。 Training new team members in quality and validation and in the use of the Document Management System. 为团队新成员提供质量及验证方面的培训，并帮助他们学会使用文档管理系统。 Member of the regional IT Diagnostics Quality Network. 作为罗氏诊断区域信息技术质量网络的成员。 Perform internal Periodic IT audit. 定期执行信息技术部内部审计。
任职资格：教育背景 Education : Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 计算机科学或软件工程相关专业学士学位 Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin 熟练掌握英语及普通话 Good command of IT Quality standards and its solution 熟悉信息技术质量标准及其解决方案 Knowledgeable in Business Process Best Practice 了解业务流程最佳实践 PMP certified PMP认证 工作经验 Experience : At least 3 years in IT Quality & management Role 从事信息技术质量管理角色三年以上
