Develop and implement Service Concept in sync with sales and marketing activities to achieve overall Company’s objectives. 与销售,市场活动同步发展和执行服务理念,以达到公司目标 2. Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical development that affect target markets. To assist in developing a customer service strategy to deliver prompt , qulity customer support.保持对行业的发展 趋势和技术发展及对目标市场影响的理解, 协助制定客户服务战略,提供及时高质量的支持。 3. Understand customer desire and monitor market trend, provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure the customer support organization meets or exceeds customer requirements. 了解客户的需求,关注市场趋势,作为公司和客户沟通的桥梁,确保客户服务团队的服务达到/超越客 户的期望。 4. Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures, analyze regional service data by operation tools, coordinate scheduled and report the improvement, (for example KPI, spare part, etc. ). 制定和执行维修和维 护程序, 运用日常运营工具有效的分析区域数据,并给出计划实施及改善情况,包括 KPI,零备件管理 等。 5. Cooperate with sales team, solve cross function customer issues. 和销售团队合作,解决跨部门的客户问题 8. 任职资格:教育背景 Education : 1.At least Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Clinical Diagnostics or Mechanical, MBA is a plus 电子,医学检验或机械专业本科及以上学历, MBA 尤佳 2.Proficiency in both spoken and written English 熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达 3.Good command of MS office software application 熟练应用微软办公软件 4.Product & Application Expertise 产品和应用的专业知识 工作经验 Experience : At least 10 years’ experience in service engineering in healthcare industry and 5 years’ experience in managerial level in MNCs 至少 10 年以上健康医疗行业维修服务相关工作经验以及 5 年跨国企业相关管理经验
