任职资格:1、2+ years of Linux/Unix/Windows maintenance/development experience 2、Familiar with Linux and Windows service configuration tools (Apache、IIS、NGINX), and has experience with troubleshooting 3、Familiar with Shell/Perl/Python or other scripting languages 4、Familiar with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of common databases (mysql、SQLServer、PostgreSQL), SQL preferred. 5、Familiar with network and TCP/IP protocol, experienced in network related troubleshooting. 6、Strong communication skills and able to provide timely and accurate responses to client inquires. 7、Ability to remain calm under all circumstances, and can properly prioritize when multi-threading. 8、Familiar with Aliyun Cloud produces (ECS/SLB/OSS/RDS/ODPS) is a plus 9、Familiar with web security related tools and methods is a plus 10、1-5 years of customer support experience is a plus 11、BS or above in CS or other related fields 12、Self-motivated, quick learner and with strong problem solving ability
