工作职责：1. To improve production capability and establish standard manufacturing process. 2. To develop/evaluate/apply new process and new material to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency; Updating and developing production equipment, introducing new equipment, continuously improving quality/product/conform product rate/production cycle time, reducing cost, maintaining production equipment and ensuring normal running. 3. Follow PM schedule and checklist to perform preventive maintenance, tracking on PM work and update PM content in time. 4. ¬Support production line on emergency equipment maintenance, Mischuck and scrap Continuous improvement on process to reduce cycle time and improve productivity. 5. Drive the process quality improvement. 6. Cycle time reduction and productivity improving Equipment/tooling maintenance.
任职资格：1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering; 2. 3 years above related working experience; 3. SPC related knowledge. 4. Pass CET-6; Fluent English both in written and spoken; 5. Independent problem analyzing and solving knowledge and skill.
