Job Description:
Our client is a global leading company in the metal working industry, not a giant in terms of size, but they have a big market share in the niche global market including China's, to meet with the expansion, they are now looking for a high caliber as the following
Title: China Sales GM
Report to: Global Sales VP (western foreigner)
Location: Shanghai
Summary: Manage the sales function in China, need to fulfill the sales target
1. In charge of business development, 30%
2. Client management, 30%
3. Team management and development, 20%
4. Marketing management, 10%
5. Others, 10%
Job Requirements:
1. At least bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, MBA is preferred
2. Hands-on experience in sales management in the industry of metal working, cutting tools is preferred
3. Experience in managing a subsidiary of WOFE company is preferred
4. Must be fluent in English
