Title: Technical Engineer
Summary:
- Visit customer regularly and report the results via CRM system
- Conduct the training for sales team and customer
- Providing technical advice and support to customers
-Manage the ording and inventory of materials for trials
- Provide support to Service Partners
- Market introduction of new products
- Handle the complaints at customer site
- Keep constant observation of competitor pricing & product activity in the market
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
3. Training in the following areas is preferred, such as lathe operator, milling machine operator, metal cutting technician, clamp knowledge,
4. Expertise in metal machinist and CAD/CAM is preferred
