1、 Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
2、 10+ years of experience in Human Resources positions.
3、 At least 2 years of leadership experience in real estate hr director in Thailand is required. The applicant's age is under 40.
4、 Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
5、 Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
6、 Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency is highly regarded. English language proficiency is preferred.
7、 Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred.
